I participated as a committed listener for HTGAA 2025, a 14 week course organised by MIT Media Lab and Harvard, joined by an online community around the world. This is the link to my full HTGAA documentation page. My final project was on production of marine natural products using genetically engineered bacteria.
My Final Year Project focused on structural bioinformatics, especially the study of protein and ligand binding using computational modelling. In this project I used molecular docking and molecular dynamics method to study the interaction between human serum albumin and leflunomide.
In September 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in the HackBio internship program, following the Data Science/Machine Learning Engineer track. This experience allowed me to work collaboratively with groups, enhancing both my technical and teamwork skills.
